Your chosen pharmacy prepares your order
It gets your prescription the usual way, by e-prescription, transfer or the original, and prepares it. We email you to confirm the order.
You hear from the pharmacy if anything changes
If the prescription the pharmacy receives differs from your upload and that changes the price, the pharmacy should tell you before filling it.
Collect and pay at the pharmacy
When your order is ready, the pharmacy marks it ready and we email you. Show your pickup code and pay at the counter. If a pharmacy offers delivery, you arrange it with them directly.
