From upload to pickup, here is what to expect at each step.
1. Your request goes to verified pharmacies
Right awayPharmacies that serve your area see the request and decide whether to quote. Before you accept a quote, they do not see your name, your contact details or the prescription image.

2. Pharmacies quote their own price
During the quote windowEach pharmacy that quotes sends the cash price it will charge for your prescription. Quotes appear in your dashboard as they arrive.

3. You review and choose
Your choiceCompare the quotes and accept the one that suits you, or none of them.

4. You get a pickup code
When you acceptAccepting a quote creates your order. Your order page shows a pickup code, and the pharmacy gets your prescription the usual way: an e-prescription, a transfer or the original.

- You can cancel from your order page before you collect
5. Collect and pay at the pharmacy
When it is readyThe pharmacy prepares your prescription and marks the order ready, and we email you. Show your pickup code at the counter and pay the pharmacy directly.
- Pay by the methods the pharmacy accepts
- Script Unlock never handles your payment
- If a pharmacy offers delivery, arrange it with them directly
Good to know
Timing depends on the medication, the pharmacies near you and how quickly the pharmacy gets your prescription.
What If...
I don't receive any quotes?
Some medications, such as compounded or specialty drugs, have fewer pharmacies that can fill them. Our help page for prescriptions with no quotes explains what to try next.
I don't like any of the quotes?
There is no obligation to accept. You can wait for more quotes while the request is open, or choose none of them.
There's an issue with my order?
Contact the pharmacy first; its name and location are on your order page. If that does not resolve it, contact Script Unlock support.
I need to cancel?
You can cancel from your order page before you collect. You have paid nothing to Script Unlock, and the prescription reopens so you can choose another quote.
