Pricing questions
What is the 4.5% fee charged on?
On the value of an order a patient places with you through Script Unlock and that you fulfill. It is billed to the pharmacy, not added to what the patient pays you. Quotes that the patient does not accept cost nothing beyond the subscription.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
No. The subscription is month to month. Cancel in any month and it ends at the end of that billing period. There is no setup fee and no exclusivity.
Is there a free trial or a discount?
No. We charge the same price to every pharmacy and would rather say so than run promotions we cannot honour consistently. Because there is no minimum term, the first month is your trial.
How many locations does one subscription cover?
One. Each pharmacy location that wants to see and quote on requests needs its own subscription, because verification and request routing are per location.
How is the subscription billed?
By card, monthly in advance, through Stripe. The order fee is billed to the same card. Script Unlock never bills patients and never handles the money a patient pays you.
