How Script Unlock Works
A complete walkthrough of what happens from the moment you upload a prescription to when you collect it
1. Upload Your Prescription
Photograph or scan your prescription and upload it. Uploads are encrypted in transit and at rest. You need a free account to receive quotes; you can start the upload first and sign up when you submit it.
2. Prescription Shared With Verified Pharmacies
Your request becomes visible to verified pharmacies that serve your area. Before you accept a quote, pharmacies do not see your name, your contact details or the prescription image. Each pharmacy decides independently whether to quote.
3. Pharmacies Quote Their Own Price
Pharmacies that want the prescription send the cash price they will charge for it. Pharmacies cannot see each other's quotes; they price from their own costs and margins.
4. You Review and Choose
Quotes appear in your dashboard with each pharmacy's name and location, sorted by price. There is no pressure to accept any quote. If none suits you, let the request expire or use your prescription elsewhere.
5. Pickup and Payment
When you accept a quote, you get an order page with a pickup code, and the pharmacy gets your prescription the usual way and prepares it. We email you when it is ready. You collect it and pay the pharmacy at the counter; Script Unlock never takes your payment. If a pharmacy offers delivery, you arrange it with them directly.
What We Don't Do
- • We don't take or hold your payment: you pay the pharmacy at the counter

- • We don't let pharmacies pay for placement: quotes are sorted by price
- • We don't show a pharmacy your name, contact details or prescription image before you accept its quote
- • We don't guarantee that any quote is the cheapest available; we show the quotes pharmacies choose to give
- • We don't replace your relationship with your pharmacy or doctor
