1. Our Commitment to Accessibility
Script Unlock LLC is committed to ensuring that our website and platform are accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We believe that everyone deserves equal access to our services, and we strive to meet or exceed the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Title III, and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Accessibility is not a one-time effort — it is an ongoing commitment that we integrate into every stage of our product design and development process.
2. Accessibility Standards We Follow
Script Unlock is designed and maintained to conform to the following standards:

- •ADA, Title III — which requires that places of public accommodation, including websites, be accessible to people with disabilities.
- •Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act — where applicable to federally funded content or services.
3. Accessibility Features on Script Unlock
Visual Accessibility
- ✓All text meets a minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 against background colors (WCAG 1.4.3).
- ✓All UI components and graphical elements meet a minimum contrast ratio of 3:1 (WCAG 1.4.11).
- ✓Information is never conveyed by color alone — icons, labels, and patterns supplement color coding (WCAG 1.4.1).
- ✓Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality (WCAG 1.4.4).
Keyboard & Navigation
- ✓All interactive elements are reachable and operable using a keyboard alone (WCAG 2.1.1).
- ✓A visible focus indicator is provided for all focusable elements (WCAG 2.4.7).
- ✓A "Skip to main content" link appears at the top of every page for keyboard users (WCAG 2.4.1).
- ✓No keyboard traps exist — users can always navigate away from any component (WCAG 2.1.2).
Screen Reader Support
- ✓Semantic HTML5 landmarks are used throughout: <header>, <nav>, <main>, <footer> (WCAG 1.3.1).
- ✓All images have descriptive alt text, or alt="" for decorative images (WCAG 1.1.1).
- ✓Dynamic content changes are announced via ARIA live regions (WCAG 4.1.3).
- ✓Custom components use appropriate ARIA roles, states, and properties (WCAG 4.1.2).
Media & Motion
- ✓All videos include synchronized closed captions (WCAG 1.2.2).
- ✓Audio descriptions are available for video content where visual info isn't conveyed in audio (WCAG 1.2.5).
- ✓No content flashes more than three times per second (WCAG 2.3.1).
- ✓All animations respect the
prefers-reduced-motionOS setting (WCAG 2.3.3).
Forms & Error Handling
- ✓Every form input has a programmatically associated label (WCAG 1.3.1).
- ✓Required fields are clearly identified and input formats are described (WCAG 3.3.2).
- ✓Error messages identify the specific field and explain how to correct the issue (WCAG 3.3.1).
- ✓Autocomplete attributes help users with cognitive disabilities complete forms (WCAG 1.3.5).
4. Known Limitations
We are aware that some areas of Script Unlock may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are actively working to resolve the following known limitations:
- ⚡Some legacy third-party video embeds may not include captions. We are working with our content partners to remediate these on a rolling basis.
- ⚡Some older PDF documents in our resource library may not be fully tagged for screen reader accessibility. We are reprocessing these files.

If you are not satisfied with our response to your accessibility concern, you have the right to file a complaint with the following agencies:

Script Unlock LLC is committed to working in good faith to resolve any accessibility issue before formal action becomes necessary.
7. Statement Review and Updates
This accessibility statement is reviewed and updated at minimum once per year, and following any significant redesign or new feature release. We conduct ongoing automated accessibility testing using axe-core and periodic manual testing with screen readers including NVDA (Windows) and VoiceOver (macOS/iOS).
